third day with the new torch 9850 and have had intermittent issues with the menu and escape key acting up. basically, they stop working. few minutes later and its back to normal operation.
anybody else having these issues? any fixes? already checked and carrying latest version of OS

Hold your menu key down to see how many applications are running in the background. Try closing some of the applications if possible to see if this issue improves.

Current version is 7.o bundle 1346 v18.104.22.1681
When this issue occurs, the other two buttons and touch screen work fine. Usually I need to go into the phone app and back out and then the BB Menu key and back/esc key start working again. It's very frustrating...

Try a Battery pull please, with the BlackBerry device powered ON, remove the battery 15 seconds and then reinsert the battery to reboot device. This will clear all cache like rebooting a PC. Then try again and see if your problem persists.
