Unfortunately, if you have used up all of your MEP code entry attempts, there is nothing you can do. Your phone is permanently locked to the original provider. Your best bet at this point is to try to explain the situation to your carrier and see if they will be willing to help, however I wouldn't be too hopeful. Alternately, see if you can sell the phone to someone who uses that original carrier and purchase a new phone for yourself.
