Re: missing files

Hello MattY27

Welcome to BlackBerry Support Forums

Where those files are stored , On device Memory or on your Media Card ?

If those are stored on your Media Card then first be sure that you have activated Mass Storage Mode on your device then and conncet your device to a PC and use Window Explorer to transfer files between your media card and your computer.

KB13564 : How to Enable or Disable mass storage on the BlackBerry smartphone .

Or try this :

KB29523  : How to manually transfer files between a BlackBerry smartphone and a Windows computer
