mms and Email

Hey all

 

Im sure this has been asked before, but nothing seems to help.... and i have done almost anything to make it work. For some reason i am able to receive mms, but i can't send. I have the service books, etc.... Any help? Vodacom SA

Hello vicness and welcome to the BlackBerry Support Community Forums.

 

Do you have an active BlackBerry Internet Service data plan? Some carriers require a data plan to send MMS.

 

I would check with your carrier to make sure you have the proper provisioning in place to be able to send.
