The problem is you dont have installed BLACKBERRY BROWSER on your Bold.
To fix it, call your Carrier and ask how can you add the blackberry browser to your data plan.
www.mobile.blackberry.com is only accesible from BLACKBERRY BROWSER, you cant with wifi, or other options.

You can't download from any place, is a software supported by the Carrier, in Tmobile Usa for example is a part of Blackberry Enterprise Server (BES), i supposed you have in the data plan Blackberry Internet Sever (BIS).
If you are a Tmobile Usa customer, the only way to fixed is adding BES from Tmobile and any Exchange Server from another company.
