the mobile internet has just stopped working on my blackberry in the last 2 hours ive contacted my service provider and they cant find a problem can anyone help as i rely a lot on my bbm and whatsapp

Hi and Welcome to the Community!!
I suggest the following steps, in order, even if they seem redundant to what you have already tried (steps 1 and 2 each should result in a message coming to your BB...please wait for that before proceeding to the next step):
1) Register HRT
2) Delete and Resend Service Books
3) Batt Pull Reboot
Hopefully that will get things going again for you! If not, then you should again contact your mobile service provider for formal support. I am a bit aghast that they fobbed you off so successfully...think of it this way. You PAY them every month for 100% of your service and 100% of your formal support...right now, they are delivering neither to you...that should upset you greatly, I would think, but allowing them to fob off their responsibility is...unfortunate indeed.
