mobile internet

I've had my phone for about a year and a half and I've had a few troubles with this before, but nothing as long as this. Anything involving my mobile internet hasn't been working at all, the only thing my phone can currently do is text and call. it's on a contract with unlimited mobile internet, so that shouldn't be a problem. And even when it's connected to my wifi, it doesn't help. 

 

Does anyone have any idea what's happening?

Hi & welcome to the community..!!

 

Please pull out battery while device is powered ON and re-insert it after a min, may solve your issue. If this too not help then I would suggest you to have words with your carrier.

For additional. You can also try to resend or refresh your Service Book. See this article.

 

How to clear and refresh the service book database if the BlackBerry smartphone is unable to send or...
