From my BB ID I had tried to purchase Cache claner advance; while doing so I got a message on screen "There is a probelm with your credit card authorisation. Please try again or visti blackberry.com/appworld/support for more information. (Error Id:11000)" however while visiting bank account money had been deducted!!
Kindly advies what to do??

thanks for your response, but my problem is not only to get error message, indeed while attempting for purchase of an application money get deducted from my account but I had not got application or even order ID byt which I can get back the money.
