dear Customer care,
i have purchased the bb 9860 1.5 yrs back. all of a sudden the bb switched and was not rebooting. it will show booting until 70% and stuck there. given to service center to update the software. they said mother board issue, some manufacturing defect.
who will resolve this. is there anyone responsible in BB whom we can contact for such cases. please let me know.
