my appworld is not working

Pls since last two months I've not been able to access, download applications because whenever I try loggin in my application world (an error has occured pls try again later. Error I'd:40820) will just pop up, and its been like this for two months now. Pls someone hlp ♍ε̲̣̣̣̥ out.
