my bbm contacts won't be restored. why is that?

Every time I restore my bbm contact list I get this msg and the restore doesn't work.
Feed back pls.

Also are you able to add contacts via PIN number?

I have a 9320 and mine is doing the same thing. As well as I cannot set up more than 1 email address, I have a gmail and a yahoo email address. The only option that comes up when I click on add another email address is to create a blackberry email address. I tried that and the the add another email address it not there anymore once I have the blackberry email address and the yahoo one on my phone. I had 3 email addresses on my torch, why can't I do the same on the 9320? It is really frustrating...
