my bbm won't download

So as everyone's heard about the new bbm 7 , I tried downloading it. When I downloaded it. It just won't work. So I thought that I would delete it and download it again so it might work. But by doing this I lost the previous bbm6 as well and bbm just won't download. What should I do ?
