my blackberry curve

i'm having a few problem with my mouse bit on my phone, one minture its working and  the next its not, i click but it wont let me do anything else, just wondering if anyone could help me.

Have you tried battery pull on your handset?

Pull out the battery of your device while your handset is turned on

ive took my battery out loads of times soo i gave up and wrote something on here to see if anyone could help me?

Since you've already did battery pull, do you consider to upgrade or reinstall OS version of your device?

Possible cause would be a Software glitch or Hardware malfunction, What Blackberry device are you using?

1. Download BB desktop manager,
2. Download OS with your country / local telco
3. install everything
4 connect your phone
5. update OS / reinstall OS
