Hi and welcome to the forums!
Your device has the Star Trek syndrome the only answer is "It's dead Jim."
Your operating system needs to be reloaded as some of the software is corrupt.
The link below shows the procedure for reloading the device OS. If you have a recent backup you can restore your data and settings,
let us know how it goes!
