my contacts recieved a message about data and not to delete when i got a replacement 9900 bold

Hi will my contacts be altomatically transferred from the server to my new Blackberry Bold 9900 and is so when ,i am in the UK ,My old 9900 crashed so i have been given a new one and had to set up again ,but i could remeber my old activation email and password so set up a new one ,also i transferred the sim to an old blackberry whilst i waited for the new one,i have recieved an email so when will my contacts be transferred if at all ,I am with EE NETWORK
