My Name is Abdul Asheef and I am from India. I had gifted with a Blackberry
Pearl 9105 smartphone from a UAE National on February 2011. Last week when
i put my phone for charging and when i switched on the phone its not
working. So i send the phone to UAE for the warranty. My
friend presented the mobile phone to the service center. Service center
details is mentioned in the warranty page. After checking they told that
the FLASH IC is damaged and there is no hardware warranty for this phone.
What may be the reason for it. How can i get hardware warranty or
Blackberry is not providing hardware warranty.
Please help me.
What should i do...
Please reply ASAP.
