You had not replied to those that I asked but still the information you provided it clears a few thinks , On your device if it is showning everything Disabled or Inactive then your device is not Blacklisted , also if you are using those services like email , BBM, Internet for last one years then Its my assume that the problem may be on your Carrier side.
You can call them to reset your BIS account on there server or try another SIM , If they are still unable to give any solution to your problem then you can call your Carrier Telkomsel to Escalate or forward this case to BlackBerry , to investigate this further , And believe me your carrier is able to do this for you and it will be free .You have to convience them or Force them for this .

I was getting tired. and think Blackberry has never responded to anything like this.!
at least the black berry (rim) can answer just one question.
What I have problems with mobile phones or not (black list)
so that I do not have to bother and spend time on my device.
This is actually easy. for blackberry, tp never responding.

This is an user forums , and please try to understand if your device is Blacklisted as you think then your Carrier Telkomsel can confirm that ,Even if your device is Blacklisted then its not BlackBerry who can release that device for you but you have to contact the Carrier who Blocked it .
Inaddition your device may not be Blocked until your Carrier confirms that , So please call your carrier to know about this.
