Please try to boot your device on safe mode
KB17877 : How to start a BlackBerry smartphone in Safe Mode
On Safe Mode try to remember if you recently installed any new application , any theme or wallpaper or any changes if you have made then undo the changes or Delete any application that might be responsible for this issue .

Have you tried to start on Safe Mode !
Do you have a backup of your device ! If you have it then you can try some drastic steps to recover your device . To do that follow this Knowledge Base :

Please note the above method will delete all data within your device, if you have a previous backup you can restore it from there, Or from BlackBerry Protect if using .
