my pictures vanished

My pictures and video has vanished from my blackBerry Bold. I hav already taken out the Battery and restarted but it didn't help.

Where are your pictures and videos stored ,is it on device memory  or memory card ? If you have a memory card then remove and re -insert your memory card then check if it appears.

Follow prince's advice and also try repairing your media card from BlackBerry device. To do so follow these steps -

Options > Device > Storage > press menu button > Repair. (OS version 6.0)
