my service is not connected

yesterday i subscribed to the b79 package and all what i have working is the blackberry messenger and i cant open anything else and when i try to use the browser i get this note that says you are on a plan that needs wifi connections or if you are having any troubles contact your provider can you please help me!

Throughout the world each and every Carrier have there own service plan regarding BlackBerry Data Services. So first call your Carrier to know if the above plan that you have subscribed include access to BlackBerry browser or Internet . Or the above plan include only Instant Messenging application like BlackBerry Messenger .

 

So give a call to your Carrier .
