my software

Well my software had a problem, I took it to some fellows who fix cellphones, when I fetched it yesterday my bb appworld was deleted I tried to download it but it said" not compatible" what could be the problem?? I can't download mxit and other blackberry apps

Using your browser, go to www.blackberry.com/appworld and install from there.

 

If you continue to get this error, do a powered on, battery reboot and try again.

Hello again, thank you so much, everything is back to normal now, my appworld is back and all my bbm contacts r back coz I had back up, now I'm having a problem with my screen, I don't know if my cellphone needs a new Lcd or what, wen I write massages I can't c them properlu its like my screen has cracks, plz help what should I do about this???

He told me that my software needed to be rebooted, so he inserted the cd in to his tower and used my cable to fix the software, so now wen I text someone I can't c wat I'm texting but I can read their massages, I took my phone back to him and he told me that I need to get a new lcd coz this one is damaged

Do you think he damaged the LCD screen?

 

That's not good, that's hardware that needs replacing.
