need help, my Torch is broken

Dear Community,


i have a big problem. My Torch is broken. No simcard will accept. I need a servicenumber, because it`s a free device, i bought it without contract. I come from Germany. The bill is from February 8th.

It's possible your Torch is locked by a service provider. This is probably the reason it does not accept SIM cards. Elsewhere in this forum you can find ways to unlock your device. I suggest you try that to solve your problem.

If it is branded, you will need to unlock it.
