I have a problem on my big boss blackberry bold that I must fix...
The device syncs with a microsoft exchange server for the company email, calendar and contacts with a profile named "desktop". The problem is that on the phone there are 3 profiles defined all named "desktop", the first with about 190 contacts, the second with 420 and the third with 150 contacts. I need to sync or export in any way all this contacts but if I try to sync with outlook or export with desktop software only 190 contacts from the first profile are syncronized or exported, all the others are ignored. I tried to change the default service with the other profiles but since they have the same name nothing changes.
Anby idea different from manually copy the contacts???

You are trying to get all the contacts to sync to your Outlook on the desktop?
ON your device, go to Options > Device > Advanced > Service Books.
Scroll to the ServiceBook entry "[Desktop]Sync"
Click the Menu key > Delete.
Now attempt the sync with Outlook.
You can return to the same location and Undelete that service book afterwards.
