need to send entire Username

My internet provider just changed and I'm unable to synch it with my Blackberry with POP3.  I can get Outlook to synch using POP3.  The only difference is the "Username".   With Outlook I needed to make it xxx@compuserve.com, but when I set up the BBerry, it automatically truncates it to just xxx.  Is there a way to get it to include the whole thing as my username?  Thanks ...

No, you can't use an email address as a user name...


I would also recommend that you remove your personal email address in the public post above.

Try setting it up from a PC via the BIS web interface rather than direct on your BB. Here's some instructions:






And yes, do remove the personal information...
