new BBM wont associate to my blackberry id

i downloaded the new bbm on my phone but it wont associate to my blackberry id, i did install and reinstall million time and also reboot, every time i get the same message, associating bbm to your blackberry ID, then it keeps loading but nothing comes up! and  i cant open BBM at alll!!! please help

Same thing happening to me.  I have lost the willing for keep using Blackberry Hardware.

 

How can I have this fixed?

Omg this has happened to me aswell I am sooo annoyed haven't been on bbm for ages

i am having the same issue but my gf was using my blackberry id on her phone, now everytime she tries to use bbm its asking her to place in a bb id and it will not accept her new own but it is always asking for mine and is transferring all my contacts to her phone

I actually ended up having to delete bbm completely and re-install an old version. here's the link I used. its one of the 6. verseions so no bbm voice but at least uve got bbm till RIM bothers to fix the issue.

I also have the same problem, but when I did al 191 I was on hold for an hour or something waiting to get chat help.
