I am kinda new to BB has a curve a while back but i have got my brothers 9900, unfortunately there were some issues with it and i had to reset the phone to factory settings.
I have since been unable to set up an AOL or Gmail account via the phone.
When i select email accounts in set up there is only an option for Enterprise Activation - i had not had this issue before when connecting to a Gmail or AOL account, as prior to this there was a prompt for what type of email i was setting up ie: AOL, Yahoo, Gmail etc..
Unsure what the solution may be.
btw i am in AU if that helps.

Hi and Welcome to the Community!
With a strong carrier network signal (e.g., not merely WiFi), I suggest the following steps, in order, even if they seem redundant to what you have already tried (steps 1 and 2 each should result in a message coming to your BB...please wait for that before proceeding to the next step):
1) Register HRT
2) Delete and Resend Service Books
Hopefully that will get things going again for you! If not, then you should contact your mobile service provider for formal support.
