newly upgrade bbm not working:-(

Anybody pls I need help.....after upgrading to the newest version of bbm. It doesn't work. A prompt message appear after the setting up of bbm (he server cannot connect.....super disgusted.

Hello friend please do not worry did you restart your blackberry after the new upgrade?

I have this problem too iv tried restarting it and redownloading but nothing works
