no email messages to my BB this a.m.

anyone else?  heard that BB is doing maintenance repair after 2 hours on the phone with verizon...do you think BB could send out an email to its customers?

Hi,

I received emails uninteruppted.

Have you tried the following:

 

REGISTER NOW.

You will get a verification email.  Then resend service books.

Then  pull the battery while the device is ON, replace after a minute.

 Let the device reboot 1-3 min, see if the problem is fixed,

how do i send service books...and when you say register now...you mean to this site?

 

verizon re sent service books this a.m. to me...

 

please help!

Hi,

Register your devie on the Verizon network:

Go to OPTIONS.ADVANCED OPTIONS. HOST ROUTING TABLES.click to enter, menu key, SELECT REGISTER NOW.

You will get a verification email.

Then  pull the battery while the device is ON, replace after a minute. Let the device reboot 1-3 min,.

Then log in to the BIS site and resend service books.
