no longer getting email

Just received an e-mail from blakberry that i would no longer be getting e-mails untill i validate my password.attempted to do this several times.using correct password.still no luck.when i click on the forgot password link in says an e-mail has been sent to your blackberry device.great,except i am not getting e mails to my blackberry device.
