My Device: blackberry bold
My Carrier: t-mobile

no network connection

blackberry bold- new sim card was replaced due to app error 523. blackberry technical support gave assistance to install 6.0 handheld softwaresuccessfully but no network connection after that. t-mobile personnel assumed the problem is the physical device itself. any solution ,please help!
