no sync

when I try to sync my BB with Outlook an error message appears: "it is impossible to connect to exchange server - insert a valid password" - I called and payed (!) an expert who solved the problem - but after a month, due to some Vista upgrade I guess - the problem is back.

I am really upset, this has been going on for months now. no way to get in touch with rim for complaint - I feel sorry but I start thinking of switching to any other phone.
