My Device: Blackberry curve 9220
My Carrier: MTNL

not detecting mtnl modem but detecting routers on curve 9220.

Boss my curve 9220 is not detecting my wifi broadband modem but detecting routers.


can it be connected to wifi only through router?
or if it can be connected through the modem tell me d procedure please.....
thanking in advance...

WAP = WiFi Access Point. WAP can be provided by multiple devices, including some routers, some modems, and other devices. Whatever equipment you have that is providing WAP services is where the BB would need to connect to. So, if your broadband modem has WAP, then it could connect there...but if it does not have WAP, then of course it cannot connect there.
