not possible to accept terms

Hi,
I've updated BB app world to latest version a few days ago, registered a BB I'd and tried to install an app.
App world keeps asking me to accept t&c, which I do, and then nothing happensj dialog closes and I see the download button again. I can repeat this forever.
Any ideas?
Many thanks in advance

Re: not possible to accept terms

Follow the below steps -

  • Go to Options > Device > Applications and scroll the AppWorld application and don't click on it, just scroll to it. Click Menu > Delete and remove the application.
  • Now, do a reboot: With the BlackBerry device powered ON, remove the battery a few seconds and then reinsert the battery to reboot.
  • Finally, use your BlackBerry browser to go to www.blackberry.com/appworld and download/install the AppWorld application again.
  • After installation and possibly another reboot, check your homescreen or another folder, or Downloads folder for the application.

Re: not possible to accept terms

Hi,

Thanks for the hint, I've tried it twice though, and still doesn't work. I open the re-installed AppWorld, go to My World, Accept the terms and see the App World start screen again, so can't enter My World.
Can it be a permissions issue?
Or can a company policy cause these symptoms?

Oh My God! LoL

I'll stay away from AppWorld!

BB is definitely not from this century Smiley Happy

Thanks a lot, for your help though,

but BB is definitely not my thing.

Thanks,

Tino

Re: not possible to accept terms

Hey, don't be upset your problem. This is one off issue that you're facing! I would recommend you to back up all your device data and have a security wipe. from Option > Security > menu button > wipe handheld!
