not working

since i tried to update my bbm to bbm 7 and i've lost all of bbm forever . and i wanna it back i tried a million times to download it bbm7 but it only show me a blue screen while setting up then it stops here . it always stops here .

now i've got a blackberry but without a bbm . please help

Thanks for the question.

 

Do you have a BlackBerry data plan with your network service provider?  Also I suggest removing BBM by going to Options>Device>Application Management and then restart the BlackBerry Curve 8520 smartphone.  Then proceed by going to www.blackberry.com/bbm and download the update and restart the BlackBerry smartphone again and then try to access BBM.
