try press alt + right shift + delete (soft reset)
or only you have this problem on internet browser you can try that;
options- advanced options - service book and delete browser service books and again send service book to your device
and if you have problem again you should hard reset your device. options - security options and select blackberry menu button and wipe your handheld.

I had same issue with an older OS on my device.
Since .405 the issue has not returned on my 9700.
what device and OS are you on?
BESAdmin's, please make a signature with your BES environment info.
