outlook sync configure button greyed out

With the latest BlackBerry Link for pc software v1.1.1.26, I could not configure the sync with my z10. The configure button are not a available. I have outlook 2010 installed on win 7 32 bits. Any ideas shy button would be greed out. I did manage to sync outlook calendar 1 way with previous version of link. My BlackBerry OZ is 10.1

Any help is appreciated.

Welcome to the BlackBerry Support Community.

Could you please check and verify for me that you are using a full supported version of Microsoft Outlook and not a Click-to-run or a trial version? Are you receiving any error messages or prompts when you try to configure sync?

Hi,

 

  It is a fully supported version on Win 7 32 bit. I am running Outlook 2010. I don't seem to have the problem when trying to sync from another PC running Win 7 64 bit using Outlook 2013 client using the same Link software version and BB phone.
