Could you please check and verify for me that you are using a full supported version of Microsoft Outlook and not a Click-to-run or a trial version? Are you receiving any error messages or prompts when you try to configure sync?

It is a fully supported version on Win 7 32 bit. I am running Outlook 2010. I don't seem to have the problem when trying to sync from another PC running Win 7 64 bit using Outlook 2013 client using the same Link software version and BB phone.
