Lacking exact clarity from you, we must guess...my guess is that you actually mean to say that the BB ID you wish to place onto this BB is being rejected, which is preventing all other services from properly transferring over. If so, then refer to this KB:
From what you describe, it would appear that they did not properly cleanse that replacement before delivering it to you, and it already had a BB ID assigned to it, and you therefore must conduct what the KB instructs in order to change the BB ID over to yours.
If my guess is not correct, then please clarify exactly the credentials you are having difficulty with. Further, anytime you receive an error message, the exact and complete content of that message is critical to helping us understand your situation..."it doesn't match" is not, as far as I can find, a valid error message to any sequence one might conduct on their BB. Hence, my potentially incorrect guess.

Oh! Your actual email account credentials. Indeed, you must contact the email account provider for assistance. From what you describe, that sounds like Vodacom...so you'd contact them (but I've no idea how you would contact them...you should have documentation about that, perhaps on your monthly bill?).
