Hello,

Well, with that sparse description, I'll have to make some guesses. Natively, BB's can open PDF's only while the PDF remains an attachment to a message. Once detached, it requires a 3rd party application in order to open and render a PDF.

If that does not address your issue, then please reply back with some additional details.
