pearl 9105 - email messages

hi there

 

since i got my bb 9105 that i receive email messages, on message icon (not sms) and those contain links for emails but i dont have any email associated. i use to have one email account but is already deleted... ive already caal my phone operator and they assure too that no email account is set but everyday i keep receiving them... and if i click those links to go to the emails appears an error message...

 

coul it be an email account of someone else??? something that someone on shop or bb factory put on??

 

how to deleted those for good?

On your BlackBerry, go to Options > Advanced > Service Books and scroll through and look for any entry that appears to be an email account.

 

Delete each you find, then Do a simple reboot on the BlackBerry in this manner: With the BlackBerry device POWERED ON, remove the battery for a minute, and then reinsert the battery to reboot.

i was about to give up and let those messages come in forever but you really helped!!

 

there are a lot of entries but i found one of yahoo that was the closest to an email and deleted it and that did it!!
