phone switches off at any time

Hi there,my blackberry9700,bold2 with v.6.0 bundle which is two weeks old goes off when the battery is still at 60%. I have bought three new batteries hoping the problem will stop but to no avail. Please I need your timely help if there is. Thanks.

I had the same issue.  After multiple software reloads and replacement batteries, my carrier replaced the device.  The on board memory was bad causing the random reboots.  Please get them to exchange it.  the phone would reboot on its own if I was using it or not.  I hope they do this because it will save you a headache.. i know the feeling!
