i have a blackberry curve 9360 and my sim card got snapped,so i bought a new one and the screen is on blackberry app store,and i dont know my password what do i do?

I would recommend trying the second set of steps in this KB article to reset your BlackBerry® ID password. "How to change or reset a BlackBerry ID password" http://bbry.lv/I2HhIC

Please make sure you can login sucessfully from a computer before trying to login again from your BlackBerry® Curve™ 9360 smartphone.
