piece of mind.

i've been thinking about a way to increase symbiosis of the relationship between the company and the customers.
since the economy is expanding and the company is releasing new models lately,
why don't you revise a plan for us,customers,to get a new model of Blackberry by trading the old one.
it will be very great to have that kind of offer i guess and we customers can always get up-to-date.
looking forward to hear from you guys.
