please help me my camera is not working

Am using a blackberry bold 2, I can't use my camera any longer each times i tiried to used it, it always said it could not start that I should close other application and start again and am not having application running at that point in time me, I have even reset the phone several times and it still showing the same response. please I would like you to please help me with it. Thanks

Here is the KB which discuss this error regarding Camera :


KB15544  : " Could not lunch Camera application " error appears when opening the Camera on the BlackBerry smartphone.


You can try a device Self Test to know if it is hardware issue , If you already tried a lot then I suggest contact your Mobile Service provider and get it checked or repaired .
