have a blackberry 9300 the 6.0 bundle2534(v6.0.0.570,platform6.6.02012) amd I'm using MTN on my (b.i.s) and its been working properly but for a month and a week now!!! I've been having problems downloading and I thought its only my phone but my friend had the same problem his also on mtn and today I actually rebooted my phone my means off typing my password in incorrectly and the phone rebooted but that did not help so please any one help me to fully enjoy and use my blackberry
!I contacted MTN network,and they are referring me to you guys @ Blackberry company!please solves this problem for me!!I have waisted a R120 now!coz I do not chat or induldge in social activity!I utilise Google for information and business purposes!whenever I go into google,and punch in something!the page just closes!I tried using another alternative,like Opera Mini!when I do download something in 5hours the information is lost!assist thank you!and I have tried everything!batt pull reboot etc!EVERYTHING I can on my end!and I only have the phone for 6months now!

There are a ton of threads on this site about various download issues with various carriers. So as to receive adequate formal support, I recommend you lodge your complaint with your mobile service provider, who can escalate into RIM if needed.
