pls help me!

i am using bb bold9700. when i switch on. i m scared by seeing a blank page which displays"application error523" and asks me to reset. even after reset the same remains..pls reply

it is causing due to the BB OS (operating system curruption)... update/repaid your device OS using desktop manager.. that will fix your issue.. Smiley Happy

Well, it's pretty simple...

  1. First, read the instructions & download the BB desktop manager from this link
  2. Once done, install it your computer & connect your device to the computer via cable.
  3. Afterwards, it will display your phone on the desktop manager as below image
  4. Finally, hit on update to update your device.

 

Note: This is the correct way of updating the device & by anychance if you don't see the phone model & update option enabled.. pls post it here in detail.. Smiley Happy
