problem bold 9000

good morning, I buy blackberrry bold 9000 unblocked in Miami in December, and i have it in Venezuela, but at the time of placing the new supplier, I have not been able to use any function of the cellular one, apparently has a problem with the pin, since when treatment to register the pin in the page of blackberry gives a suspended message of, not if somebody could help me

Did you buy it used? You need to call the previous owner and ask them to remove the PIN from the previous account on their carrier.

 

If the PIN has been "suspended" as you state, you may have a larger problem.

You need to call your local company and ask to speak with a RIM technician.  Ask the RIM person if the PIN is good and usable.

 

Usted debe llamar a su compañía local y pida hablar con un técnico de RIM. Pregunte a la persona RIM si el PIN es bueno y útil.
