Re: problem connecting to WiFi

Hello Sagar181 and welcome to the BlackBerry Support Community Forums.

I am not quite sure what your question is, but I think you are saying you have a BlackBerry that was deactivated for 2 months and now that you turned it back on, it won't connect to Wi-Fi?

If that is the case, did this device get the data services reactivated?

If that is not the case, can you please clarify the issue?

Thanks!

Re: problem connecting to WiFi

Do you have an active data plan on your BlackBerry Torch 9800 as some mobile carrier's may require a data plan in order to use WiFi.

If you aren't sure, it's advised you contact your mobile network provider to ensure you have the proper requirements in place to use WiFi.
