problem downloading or upgrading apps

I have a BB 9780


I've noticed over the last couple of weeks that when I go to either download an app or upgrade an existing one I get the message 'an error has occured, please try again later' The only way of getting around it is to uninstall an app already on my BB which means the BB then does a re boot.


I then go back into app world, download or upgrade the app I was trying to do in the first place, this then re boots the device. Then go back into app world and re install the app I uninstalled.


I'm not sure if this is connected but this only tends to occur when I launch app world it doesnt ask me to put in my BB  ID or password and just automatically logs me in, and when I do a re boot and go back into app world then it does ask me for my BB ID and password and the download is successful.


I've checked all settings and nowhere is there an option (that I can see) that  will stop it logging me in automatically
