My BB Bold 9900 can't open machine. it's alert..
For further Information,
I try many way, but it still appear alert tht evertime after reset or restart.

I would suggest performing a backup of your BlackBerry smartphone then reloading the software as shown in the article below:

i had this problem nw as im typing. i click update but a screen show that it does not have an update for the phone.
on your given link , point 3 option was not given for me. im on software 6.1

Not yet, i tried to reload device software by diferent ways, but was not possible. i gave up and took the device to the carrier, they will fix it and give it to me tomorrow

i faced the same problem today, i am using a mac and tried different ways to get the phone to start but failed. RIM is going down by the second, there is no way I can have this resolved. I have bought the phone in india and currently in USA on a business trip.

I am having the same issue "Error 102" the device can't go past the this error screen. only option is to reset which takes it into the same frustrating loop HELP!!

I took my phone to a blackberry specialist and he reloaded my software, it took about 20 min and the only info I lost was my sim card contacts. The remainder of my information was saved.
