problem in BB messenger after updating version

HI friend ,

i have recently update my BB phone version ..but my messenger showing unavialable ...what 's the problem..

Try restarting both phones.

Torch 2010??? There is no phone model as such.

 

You've updated to which OS version? If you can't find it installed then head to BlackBerry App World and download it from there.
